My favorite part is when mom tells me something about her babe that tugs at her heart, and then we get to capture it. For sweet Scarlett it was her newfound skill of giving mommy open-mouthed cheek kisses!

I love being asked into a family’s home to capture the sweetness of their daily life. To see them in the favorite places, with the parts of their world that they love… these are some of my very favorite shoots.

I captured itty bitty Caleb in his home when he was just a newborn, so it was extra special to return 6 months later to capture him with some of his favorites… bubbles and his big brother.

Even more fun is capturing the interaction between brothers. Caleb simply beams when his big brother enters the room. I loved getting to see their sweet love for each other.

There are so many more adorable shots from this shoot. Playing in their bedroom, snuggling on their beds, reading their favorite books. But for now, just a quick dip in the sink!
