then I can’t wait to photograph your family in Lake Geneva! This literal playground in our backyard is bursting with quaint beach vibes, while being a just a quick hop across the border. I have found so many amazing locations in this one little town for oodles of amazing shoots!

Of course, I will still be offering lifestyle and on location shoots in McHenry and Lake Counties, as well as maintaining a natural light studio for all of your indoor photography needs.

When John, who had always known he was adopted, starting asking these questions as an adult, he never knew that he would someday get answers.

After providing inquiries to a closing adoption agency in Kansas, John received an email from his biological mom. What followed was a relationship with a brother whom he previously hadn’t known existed.

13 years his junior, Jake now not only has a sibling, but is also an uncle. During a recent trip to Chicago for his spring break to visit his new-found family, we captured the relationship at the end of this remarkable journey.

Now Jake is setting off on a new journey as he joins the military after graduation. One thing is for certain, no matter where he goes, he will always have family here waiting for him.

If you’re in the mood for locally roasted coffee and handcrafted soups, sandwiches, ice cream and more, stop in (you might not be able to leave!)
